Every integration below is available today unless it says otherwise. Messaging channels go through Meta's official platforms.
Sentinel integrates with WhatsApp (Business Platform, Cloud API), Instagram (professional accounts), Facebook Messenger, email, its own web forms and CSV import. The Business plan adds an API and webhooks for connecting other systems.

Each connected account counts towards your plan's channel limit: 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 10 on Growth, 50 on Business.

Questions
Do you use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Unofficial tools that automate WhatsApp Web can get numbers banned, and Sentinel doesn't use them.
Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number or Instagram account?
Yes, up to your plan's channel limit. The inbox can show all accounts together or one at a time.
