CRM software that starts where your leads actually arrive.
Most enquiries now start as a chat message. Sentinel puts every one in a shared inbox, works out who the customer is, and keeps the deal moving until it is paid.
Sentinel CRM is customer relationship management software for sales teams. It captures leads from messaging apps, email and web forms, classifies each one as business (B2B) or consumer (B2C) with a confidence score, and manages the pipeline, follow-ups, quotations and invoices in one place.

What CRM software is, and who needs it
A CRM (customer relationship management system) is the shared record of every potential customer: who they are, what they asked for, who is handling them and what happens next. Without one, that record lives in personal phones, notebooks and memory, and leads quietly go cold when someone is busy or on leave.
You need a CRM when any of these are true: more than one person answers enquiries; enquiries arrive in more than one place; you can't say how many leads you got last month, or how many you won; or a customer has ever had to repeat themselves because a colleague didn't know the history.
Sentinel is built for the version of this problem that general-purpose CRMs handle poorly: teams whose customers write on WhatsApp and Instagram first, and expect an answer in minutes.
From first message to paid, in one system
Capture
A message, email or form submission arrives and becomes a lead with its channel and history attached.
Classify
Sentinel labels it business, consumer or needs review, scores it 0 to 100 and reads the requirement.
Assign
Rules route it to the right team or person. Nobody has to triage by hand.
Follow up
Replies are drafted, tasks are created, and timed checks catch anything left waiting.
Quote
A branded quotation goes out as a secure link the customer accepts online.
Invoice
The accepted quote becomes an invoice. Paid status and pipeline value update together.
One inbox for every conversation
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and email threads sit in one list. Filter by channel, by unread, by unassigned or by your own leads. Replies go out through the account the customer wrote to, so they see a normal conversation.
Next to each conversation, the lead's score, intent, type, owner and stage are one click away, so the person replying has the context and can change it without leaving the thread.

Classification you can see and overrule
For each lead, Sentinel produces a verdict: business, consumer or review, a confidence between 0 and 100%, a category, an intent level and the signals that led there, such as a company email domain, a business job title or an order size.
The verdict is applied automatically only when confidence clears your threshold (70% by default) and nobody on your team has already classified the lead. Everything else waits in a review queue for a person to decide.

A pipeline that shows what needs doing
Every deal sits on a board by stage, with its value, owner and next action. Managers see the open pipeline, the deals most likely to close and each person's results. Salespeople see their own Focus list, the next actions in order, so the day starts with the right call.
Assignment rules, follow-up tasks and stage checklists keep everyone working the same way without a weekly reminder meeting.

Quotes, invoices and the numbers behind them
Build a quotation from line items with quantities, discounts and tax, then send it as a secure link. The customer reads it on their phone and accepts by typing their name, or declines with a reason. Either way, the lead updates itself.
Accepted quotes convert into invoices, which show the amount due and when they were paid. Analytics cover new leads, first-response time, win rate and pipeline value by stage.

Supported channels and what each one needs
| Channel | What you connect | Approval needed |
|---|---|---|
| A WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) number | Meta business verification and a number not already on the WhatsApp app | |
| An Instagram professional (business or creator) account | Sign in with Instagram; messaging permissions granted to the account | |
| Facebook Messenger | A Facebook Page | Page admin access |
| Your sales inbox | None beyond access to the mailbox | |
| Web forms | A form built in Sentinel, linked or embedded on your site | None |
| CSV import | A spreadsheet of existing leads | None |
Meta controls access to WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messaging. What a connected account can do depends on the permissions Meta grants it. See all integrations.

Security and your data
- Separate by design. Each business's data is kept apart from every other business's, and checked on every request.
- Encrypted. Connections are encrypted in transit, and access tokens for connected channels are also encrypted at rest.
- Controlled access. Roles, optional two-factor sign-in, account lockout and an audit log of important changes.
- Yours to take. Export leads to CSV or export everything at any time. Deleted records can be restored for 30 days.
How Sentinel compares with the alternatives
| Approach | Works well when | Breaks down when |
|---|---|---|
| Spreadsheet and phones | One person handles every enquiry | Enquiries arrive in several apps, or a second person starts replying |
| Shared WhatsApp phone | The team sits together and volume is low | Nobody knows who owns a chat, and history leaves with the phone |
| General-purpose CRM | Leads mostly arrive by email and web forms | Chat conversations live outside the CRM and are copied in by hand |
| Sentinel | Leads start on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email | You need deep accounting or ERP features; Sentinel stops at quotes and invoices |
Questions
How long does it take to set up?
A team can start the same day: create a workspace, invite people, connect an email inbox or build a web form. WhatsApp and Instagram take longer only because Meta has to approve the business account first.
Can I move my existing leads in?
Yes. Import a CSV and map its columns to Sentinel's fields. Imported leads are classified like any other.
Does the AI reply to customers by itself?
No. Sentinel drafts replies and suggests the next step; a person sends them. Automation rules can assign, tag, notify and create tasks, but they don't send messages for you.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time: leads as CSV, or a full export of your workspace.
